The classes are for us but babies come too. All the exercises are low impact and are designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles in the body. Working especially to strengthen pelvic floor and improve lower back strength as well as improve posture. Babies can be included in exercises or can happily sleep ( if they like doing that !! ) or bring some toys for them to play with on a mat next to mum.
The classes run in 4 week blocks, and classes are currently held on Tuesday’s at reach fitness next to the lido in Cheltenham from 10.30-11.15am and Thursdays at the Wheataheaf on the old bath road from 1.10-1.50pm.
Next 4 week course begins 3 March.
