My Mum & Baby Yoga courses are held over five weekly sessions and can be done from 3 weeks postnatal until crawling. The classes support your relaxation and your baby’s physical and psychological development. The nature of my Mum & Baby Yoga course is very calm and relaxing, allowing you and your baby to relax together, enhance you bond and begin to develop connections between mind, body and spirit.

My classes are held in specially selected venues that are furnished to offer a tranquil, warm and comfy environment for you and your baby to relax, feel safe and to get the individual support that you both may need.

The Mum & Baby Yoga sessions are 1 hour long each and include demonstration and group practice of postnatal and baby yoga exercises, relaxation techniques and some reflection (chatting) time for mummies.
